Arizona Approves Year-Round High School Football Practice: Is That a Good Thing?


    The Arizona Interscholastic Association’s legislative council passed a measure that will allow high school coaches to practice year-round with their teams.   The measure, which passed by a vote of 39-5, goes into effect July 1.  It does not put limitations on out-of-season practices with the exception of helmets and shoulder pads not being allowed during football workouts.
